BACKGROUND: Primary progressive aphasia (PPA) diagnostic criteria underestimate the complex presentation of semantic (sv) and logopenic (lv) variants, in which symptoms partially overlap, and mixed clinical presentation (mixed-PPA) and heterogenous profile (lvPPA +) are frequent. Conceptualization of similarities and differences of these clinical conditions is still scarce. METHODS: Lexical, semantic, phonological, and working memory errors from nine language tasks of sixty-seven PPA were analyzed using Profile Analysis based on Multidimensional Scaling, which allowed us to create a distributed representation of patients' linguistic performance in a shared space. Patients had been studied with [18F] FDG-PET. Correlations were performed between metabolic and behavioral data. RESULTS: Patients' profiles were distributed across a continuum. All PPA, but two, presented a lexical retrieval impairment, in terms of reduced production of verbs and nouns. svPPA patients occupied a fairly clumped space along the continuum, showing a preponderant semantic deficit, which correlated to fusiform gyrus hypometabolism, while only few presented working memory deficits. Adjacently, lvPPA + presented a semantic impairment combined with phonological deficits, which correlated with metabolism in the anterior fusiform gyrus and posterior middle temporal gyrus. Starting from the shared phonological deficit side, a large portion of the space was occupied by all lvPPA, showing a combination of phonological, lexical, and working memory deficits, with the latter correlating with posterior temporo-parietal hypometabolism. Mixed PPA did not show unique profile, distributing across the space. DISCUSSION: Different clinical PPA entities exist but overlaps are frequent. Identifying shared and unique clinical markers is critical for research and clinical practice. Further research is needed to identify the role of genetic and pathological factors in such distribution, including also higher sample size of less represented groups.

A previously undocumented shallow water hydrothermal field from Sicily (Southern Tyrrhenian Sea, Italy) is here described, based on a multidisciplinary investigation. The field, covering an area of nearly 8000 m2 and a depth from the surface to -5 m, was explored in June 2021 to characterise the main physico-chemical features of the water column, describe the bottom topography and features, and identify the main megabenthic and nektonic species. Twenty sites were investigated to characterise the carbonate system. Values of pH ranged between 7.84 and 8.04, ΩCa between 3.68 and 5.24 and ΩAr from 2.41 to 3.44. Geochemical analyses of hydrothermal gases revealed a dominance of CO2 (98.1%) together with small amounts of oxygen and reactive gases. Helium isotope ratios (R/Ra = 2.51) and δ13CCO2 suggest an inorganic origin of hydrothermal degassing of CO2 and the ascent of heat and deep-seated magmatic fluids to the surface. Visual census of fishes and megabenthos (mainly sessile organisms) allowed the identification of 64 species, four of which are protected by the SPA/BIO Protocol and two by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. The macroalgae Halopteris scoparia and Jania rubens and the sponge Sarcotragus sp. were the dominant taxa in the area, while among fishes Coris julis and Chromis chromis were the most abundant species. This preliminary investigation of San Giorgio vent field suggests that the site could be of interest and suitable for future experimental studies of ocean acidification.

Current knowledge of the microbial diversity of shallow-water hydrothermal vents is still limited. Recent evidence suggests that these peculiar and heterogeneous systems might host highly diversified microbial assemblages with novel or poorly characterized lineages. In the present work, we used 16S rRNA gene metabarcoding to provide novel insights into the diversity of the bacterial and archaeal assemblages in seawater and sediments of three shallow-water hydrothermal systems of Panarea Island (Tyrrhenian Sea). The three areas were characterized by hot, cold, or intermediate temperatures and related venting activities. Microbial biodiversity in seawater largely differed from the benthic one, both in α-diversity (i.e., richness of amplicon sequence variants-ASVs) and in prokaryotic assemblage composition. Furthermore, at the class level, the pelagic prokaryotic assemblages were very similar among sites, whereas the benthic microbial assemblages differed markedly, reflecting the distinct features of the hydrothermal activities at the three sites we investigated. Our results show that ongoing high-temperature emissions can influence prokaryotic α-diversity at the seafloor, increasing turnover (ß-)diversity, and that the intermediate-temperature-venting spot that experienced a violent gas explosion 20 years ago now displays the highest benthic prokaryotic diversity. Overall, our results suggest that hydrothermal vent dynamics around Panarea Island can contribute to an increase in the local heterogeneity of physical-chemical conditions, especially at the seafloor, in turn boosting the overall microbial (γ-)diversity of this peculiar hydrothermal system.

Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA) is a syndrome due to different neurodegenerative disorders selectively disrupting language functions. PPA specialist care is underdeveloped. There are very few specialists (neurologists, psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, and speech therapists) and few hospital- or community-based services dedicated to the diagnosis and continuing care of people with PPA. Currently, healthcare systems struggle to provide adequate coverage of care that is too often fragmented, uncoordinated, and unresponsive to the needs of people with PPA and their families. Recently, attention has been gained by non-invasive brain stimulation techniques that allow a personalized treatment approach, such as transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS). The MAINSTREAM trial looks forward to introducing and evaluating therapeutic innovations such as tDCS coupled with language therapy in rehabilitation settings. Picture naming tests are widely used to evaluate language impairments in neurodegenerative diseases, especially in Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA). The available tests differ for many factors affecting the performance, e.g. format of stimuli and their psycholinguistic properties. We aim to identify the most appropriate naming test to be used on PPA according to the clinical and research demands. We investigated the behavioural characteristics, i.e. proportion of correct responses and error type, and their neural correlates in two Italian naming tests, CaGi naming (CaGi) and naming subtest of the Screening for Aphasia in NeuroDegeneration battery (SAND), administered to 52 PPA patients who underwent an FDG-PET scan. We analysed the effectiveness of the tests in distinguishing PPA versus controls and among PPA variants, considering the psycholinguistic variables affecting performance. We explored the brain metabolic correlates of behavioural performance in the tests. SAND, differently from CaGi, has time limits for the response and its items are less frequent and acquired later. SAND and CaGi differed in terms of number of correct responses and error profile, suggesting a higher difficulty to name SAND items compared to CaGi. Semantic errors predominated in CaGi, while anomic and semantic errors were equally frequent in SAND. Both tests distinguished PPA from controls, but SAND outperformed CaGi in discriminating among PPA variants. FDG-PET imaging revealed a shared metabolic involvement of temporal areas associated with lexico-semantic processing, encompassing anterior fusiform, temporal pole, and extending to posterior fusiform in sv-PPA. Concluding, a picture naming test with response time limit and items which are less frequent and acquired later in life, as SAND, may be effective at highlighting subtle distinctions between PPA variants, improving the diagnosis. Conversely, a naming test without time limit for the response, as CaGi, may be useful for a better characterization of the nature of the naming impairment at the behavioural level, eliciting more naming errors than anomia, possibly helping in the development of rehabilitation protocols.

BACKGROUND: Delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) occurs in around 30% of patients suffering from nontraumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and is associated with poor neurological outcome. Whether the Neurological Pupil index (NPi) derived from the automated pupillometry could help to diagnose the occurrence of DCI remains unknown. The aim of this study was to investigate the association of NPi with the occurrence of DCI in patients with SAH. METHODS: This was a multicenter, retrospective cohort study of consecutive patients with SAH admitted to the intensive care units of five hospitals between January 2018 and December 2020 who underwent daily NPi recordings (every 8 h) during the first 10 days of admission. DCI was diagnosed according to standard definitions (in awake patients) or based on neuroimaging and neuromonitoring (in sedated or unconscious patients). An NPi < 3 was defined as abnormal. The primary outcome of the study was to assess the time course of daily NPi between patients with DCI and patients without DCI. Secondary outcome included the number of patients who had an NPi < 3 before DCI. RESULTS: A total of 210 patients were eligible for the final analysis; DCI occurred in 85 (41%) patients. Patients who developed DCI had similar values of mean and worst daily NPi over time when compared with patients without DCI. Patients with DCI had a higher proportion of at least one NPi < 3 at any moment before DCI when compared with others (39/85, 46% vs. 35/125, 38%, p = 0.009). Similarly, the worst NPi before DCI diagnosis was lower in the DCI group when compared with others (3.1 [2.5-3.8] vs. 3.7 [2.7-4.1], p = 0.05). In the multivariable logistic regression analysis, the presence of NPi < 3 was not independently associated with the development of DCI (odds ratio 1.52 [95% confidence interval 0.80-2.88]). CONCLUSIONS: In this study, NPi measured three times a day and derived from the automated pupillometry had a limited value for the diagnosis of DCI in patients with SAH.

The epigenetic role of microRNAs is established at both physiological and pathological levels. Dysregulated miRNAs and their targets appear to be a promising approach for innovative anticancer therapies. In our previous study, circulating miR-197-3p tested dysregulated in workers ex-exposed to asbestos (WEA). Herein, an epigenetic investigation on this circulating miRNA was carried out in sera from malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) patients. MiR-197-3p was quantified in MPM (n = 75) sera and comparatively analyzed to WEA (n = 75) and healthy subject (n = 75) sera, using ddPCR and RT-qPCR techniques. Clinicopathological characteristics, occupational, non-occupational information and overall survival (OS) were evaluated in correlation studies. MiR-197-3p levels, analyzed by ddPCR, were significantly higher in MPM than in WEA cohort, with a mean copies/µl of 981.7 and 525.01, respectively. Consistently, RT-qPCR showed higher miR-197-3p levels in sera from MPM with a mean copies/µl of 603.7, compared to WEA with 336.1 copies/µl. OS data were significantly associated with histologic subtype and pleurectomy. Circulating miR-197-3p is proposed as a new potential biomarker for an early diagnosis of the MPM onset. Indeed, miR-197-3p epigenetic investigations along with chest X-ray, computed tomography scan and spirometry could provide relevant information useful to reach an early and effective diagnosis for MPM.

Primary progressive aphasia (PPA) classification relies on profile characterization of quantitatively impaired/spared performance in language tasks. In this study, we coextracted 8 qualitative types of errors in 67 PPA patients submitted to a comprehensive language assessment. Canonical correlation analysis was applied to simultaneously correlate qualitative errors and brain metabolism, collected with FDG-PET. Results showed the contribution of semantic, syntactic and working memory errors associated with specific correlates of regional metabolic changes. Reduced metabolism in the left fusiform gyrus, anterior-middle and inferior-temporal gyri and middle-temporal pole correlated with an increase of semantic errors. Hypometabolism in the left inferior, middle, and superior frontal gyri, insula and right middle-occipital gyrus was related to syntactic errors. Higher metabolism in the bilateral pallidum, putamen, and left thalamus, as well as hypometabolism in the left angular and supramarginal gyri, inferior-parietal lobule, posterior-middle and inferior-temporal gyri and posterior cingulum predicted the increase of working memory errors. A relevant role of working memory subcomponents was associated with distinct neural systems. Patients' profiles are easily represented in a qualitative multidimensional space, in which mixed PPA overlapped with different phenotypes.

The linguistic and anatomical variability of the logopenic variant of Primary Progressive Aphasia (lv-PPA) as defined by current diagnostic criteria has been the topic of an intense debate. The present review and meta-analysis aims at characterizing the profile of lv-PPA, by a comprehensive analysis of the available literature on the neuropsychological, neuroimaging, electrophysiological, pathological, and genetic features of lv-PPA. We conducted a systematic bibliographic search, leading to the inclusion of 207 papers. Of them, 12 were used for the Anatomical Likelihood Estimation meta-analysis on grey matter revealed by magnetic resonance imaging data. The results suggest that the current guidelines outline a relatively consistent syndrome, characterized by a core set of linguistic and, to a lesser extent, non-linguistic deficits, mirroring the involvement of left temporal and parietal regions typically affected by Alzheimer Disease pathology. Variations of the lv-PPA profile are discussed in terms of heterogeneity of the neuropsychological instruments and the diagnostic criteria adopted.

The influence of the lunar cycle on bluefin tuna foraging in the upwelling area of the Strait of Messina was investigated by exploring trophic interaction with mesopelagic fish and cephalopod prey. To focus on how the lunar cycle could affect availability of mesopelagic prey for this predator, we tested potential differences in the diet related to each lunar phase. Moreover, we considered two potential impacts of the lunar cycle: the lunar irradiance and the strength of currents. Overall, 2672 prey items were mesopelagic fish and cephalopods, representing 60.7% of overall diet by number. The main mesopelagic fish prey items were lanternfishes and dragonfishes, while Onychoteuthis banksii was the most important cephalopod prey. In summary, the Strait of Messina has highly specific hydrodynamic and biological features which strongly depend on upwelling currents, which in turn are influenced by the lunar cycle (new and full moon with strong currents, quarters with fewer currents). Upwelling causes water mixing, bringing to the surface a large amount of mesopelagic fauna which become more readily available to tuna. Lunar irradiance contributes to the variation of prey composition, increasing the success of visual predation on mesopelagic resources at high light in the water column.

BACKGROUND: Neuropsychological testing plays a cardinal role in the diagnosis and monitoring of Alzheimer's disease. A major concern is represented by the heterogeneity of the neuropsychological batteries currently adopted in memory clinics and healthcare centers. The current study aimed to solve this issue. METHODS: Following the initiative of the University of Washington's National Alzheimer's Coordinating Center (NACC), we presented the Italian adaptation of the Neuropsychological Test Battery of the Uniform Data Set (I-UDSNB). We collected data from 433 healthy Italian individuals and employed regression models to evaluate the impact of demographic variables on the performance, deriving the reference norms. RESULTS: Higher education and lower age were associated with a better performance in the majority of tests, while sex affected only fluency tests and Digit Span Forward. CONCLUSIONS: The I-UDSNB offers a valuable and harmonized tool for neuropsychological testing in Italy, to be used in clinical and research settings.

Machine learning (ML) techniques may improve readmission prediction performance in heart failure (HF) patients. This study aimed to assess the ability of ML algorithms to predict unplanned all-cause 30-day readmissions in HF elderly patients, and to compare them with conventional LACE (Length of hospitalization, Acuity, Comorbidities, Emergency department visits) index. All patients aged ≥ 65 years discharged alive between 2010 and 2019 after a hospitalization for acute HF were included in this retrospective cohort study. We applied MICE (Multivariate Imputation via Chained Equations) method to obtain a balanced, fully valued dataset and LASSO (Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator) algorithm to get the most significant features. Training (80% of records) and test (20%) cohorts were randomly selected. Study population: 3079 patients, 394 (12.8%) presented at least one readmission within 30 days, and 2685 (87.2%) did not. In the test cohort AUCs (IC95%) of XGBoost, Ada Boost Classifier, Random forest, and Gradient Boosting, and LACE Index were: 0.803 (0.734-0.872), 0.782 (0.711-0.854), 0.776 (0.703-0.848), 0.786 (0.715-0.857), and 0.504 (0.414-0.594), respectively, for predicting readmissions. A SHAP analysis was performed to offer a breakdown of the ML variables associated with readmission. Positive and negative predicting values estimates of the different ML models and LACE index were also provided, for several values of readmission rate prevalence. Among elderly patients, the rate of all-cause unplanned 30-day readmissions after hospitalization due to an acute HF was high. ML models performed better than the conventional LACE index for predicting readmissions. ML models can be proposed as promising tools for the identification of subjects at high risk of hospitalization in this clinical setting, enabling care teams to target interventions for improving overall clinical outcomes.

Functional network-level alterations in the semantic variant of Primary Progressive Aphasia (sv-PPA) are relevant to understanding the clinical features and the neural spreading of the pathology. We assessed the effect of neurodegeneration on brain systems reorganization in early sv-PPA, using advanced brain metabolic connectivity approaches. Forty-four subjects with sv-PPA and forty-four age-matched healthy controls (HC) were included. We applied two multivariate approaches to [18F]FDG-PET data - i.e., sparse inverse covariance estimation and seed-based interregional correlation analysis - to assess the integrity of (i) the whole-brain metabolic connectivity and (ii) the connectivity of brain regions relevant for cognitive and behavioral functions. Whole-brain analysis revealed a global-scale connectivity reconfiguration in sv-PPA, with widespread changes in metabolic connections of frontal, temporal, and parietal regions. In comparison to HC, the seed-based analysis revealed a) functional isolation of the left anterior temporal lobe (ATL), b) decreases in temporo-occipital connections and contralateral homologous regions, c) connectivity increases to the dorsal parietal cortex from the spared posterior temporal cortex, d) a disruption of the large-scale limbic brain networks. In sv-PPA, the severe functional derangement of the left ATL may lead to an extensive connectivity reconfiguration, encompassing several brain regions, including those not yet affected by neurodegeneration. These findings support the hypothesis that in sv-PPA the focal vulnerability of the core region (i.e., ATL) can potentially drive the widespread cerebral connectivity changes, already present in the early phase.

Environmental contamination by heavy metals (HMs) poses several indirect risks to human health, including the co-spreading of genetic traits conferring resistance to both HMs and antibiotics among micro-organisms. Microbial antibiotic resistance (AR) acquisition is enhanced at sites anthropogenically polluted by HMs, as well as in remote systems naturally enriched in HMs, such as hydrothermal vents in the deep sea. However, to date, the possible role of hydrothermal vents at shallower water depths as hot spots of microbial AR gain and spreading has not been tested, despite the higher potential risks associated with the closer vicinity of such ecosystems to coasts and human activities. In this work, we collected waters and sediments at the Panarea shallow-water hydrothermal vents, testing the presence of culturable marine bacteria and their sensitivity to antibiotics and HMs. All of the bacterial isolates showed resistance to at least one antibiotic and one HM and, most notably, 80% of them displayed multi-AR on average to 12 (min 8, max 15) different antibiotics, as well as multi-HM tolerance. We show that our isolates displayed high similarity (≥99%) to common marine bacteria, affiliating with Actinobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria, Alphaproteobacteria and Firmicutes, and all displayed wide growth ranges for temperature and salinity during in vitro physiological tests. Notably, the analysis of the genomes available in public databases for their closest relatives highlighted the lack of genes for AR, posing new questions on the origin of multi-AR acquisition in this peculiar HM-rich environment. Overall, our results point out that shallow-water hydrothermal vents may contribute to enhance AR acquisition and spreading among common marine bacteria in coastal areas, highlighting this as a focus for future research.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: To compare biventricular and biatrial myocardial strain indices assessed by two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography (2D-STE) in women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and those with uncomplicated pregnancy at the third trimester of pregnancy and in post-partum. METHODS AND RESULTS: 30 consecutive GDM women and 30 age-, ethnicity- and gestational week-matched controls without any comorbidity were examined in this prospective case-control study. All women underwent obstetric visit, blood tests and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) implemented with 2D-STE analysis of all cardiac chambers at 36-38 weeks' gestation. TTE and 2D-STE were repeated at 6-10 weeks after delivery. At 36-38 weeks' gestation, GDM women, compared to controls, had significantly higher body mass index (BMI), blood pressure values and inflammatory markers. TTE showed increased left ventricular (LV) mass and impaired LV diastolic function in GDM women, whereas there was no significant difference between the groups in ejection fraction. 2D-STE revealed that biventricular global longitudinal strain (GLS) and biatrial reservoir strain indices were significantly lower in GDM women than controls. Third trimester BMI was inversely correlated with LV-GLS (r = -0.86) and was independently associated with reduced LV-GLS (less negative than -20%) in GDM women in post-partum (OR 1.81, 95%CI 1.14-2.89). A BMI value ≥ 30 kg/m2 had 100% sensitivity and 99.5% specificity for identifying GDM women with impaired LV-GLS in post-partum (AUC = 0.97). CONCLUSION: Women with GDM, compared to women with uncomplicated pregnancy, have significantly lower biventricular and biatrial myocardial deformation indices. These abnormalities may be persistent in post-partum in GDM women with obesity.

OBJECTIVE: The association between gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and common carotid artery (CCA)-intima media thickness (IMT) is still controversial. In the present study, we aimed to compare the CCA-IMT measured in GDM women to that obtained in healthy pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy. Secondly, we investigated the main independent predictors of persistent CCA-IMT increase (defined as CCA-IMT ≥ 0.6 mm) in postpartum period in GDM women. STUDY DESIGN: 30 consecutive GDM women and 30 healthy pregnant women matched for anagraphic age (34.1 ± 4.5 vs 32.8 ± 4.2 yrs, p = 0.25), ethnicity (caucasian 56.7 vs 63.3%, p = 0.59), gestational age (36.2 ± 1.7 vs 36.5 ± 1.6 weeks, p = 0.48) and cardiovascular risk factors were examined in this prospective case-control study. All women underwent obstetric visit, blood tests, conventional transthoracic echocardiography implemented with two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography analysis of left ventricular and left atrial myocardial strain parameters and carotid ultrasound examination at two time points: 36-38 weeks' gestation and 6-10 weeks after delivery. RESULTS: At 36.2 ± 1.7 weeks of gestation, CCA-IMT was significantly increased in GDM women than controls (0.81 ± 0.11 vs 0.55 ± 0.12, p < 0.001). Twelve GDM women (40% of the total) were found with persistent CCA-IMT increase (0.76 ± 0.14 mm) in postpartum period (8.2 ± 2.2 weeks), whereas the remaining 18 (60% of the total) showed a normalization in CCA-IMT (0.56 ± 0.1 mm). At multivariate logistic regression analysis, third trimester body mass index (BMI) (OR 1.78, 95%CI 1.24-2.54, p = 0.01), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) (OR 1.51, 95%CI 1.13-1.89, p = 0.03) and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) (OR 1.68, 95%CI 1.25-4.65, p = 0.02) resulted to be independently associated with persistent CCA-IMT increase in postpartum period in GDM women. A BMI ≥ 29.2 Kg/m2, an HbA1C ≥ 37.5 mmol/mol and a NLR ≥ 5.5 were the best cut-off values for identifying GDM women with persistent CCA-IMT increase in postpartum period. CONCLUSIONS: GDM is associated with increased CCA-IMT during pregnancy. This increase may be persistent in postpartum period in GDM women with obesity, uncontrolled diabetes and increased inflammatory markers.

AIMS: Left ventricular (LV) contractility during noncomplicated pregnancy has been previously investigated by two-dimensional speckle-tracking echocardiography (2D-STE), with conflicting results. Chest abnormalities might affect myocardial strain parameters, yet this issue has not been previously investigated during pregnancy. We evaluated the influence of chest conformation on myocardial strain parameters in healthy pregnant women. METHODS: Between October 2019 and February 2020, 50 healthy pregnant women (32.3 ±â€Š4.0 years old) were consecutively studied. They underwent obstetric visit, assessment of chest shape by modified Haller index (MHI; chest transverse diameter over the distance between sternum and spine) and transthoracic echocardiography implemented with 2D-STE analysis of all myocardial strain parameters in the first trimester (12-14 weeks), third trimester (36-38 weeks) and 6-9 weeks after delivery. RESULTS: LV ejection fraction remained substantially unchanged (P = 0.13), while on the average all myocardial strain parameters showed a small but significant decrease during pregnancy, and recovered postpartum (all P < 0.001). Women with concave-shaped chest wall (MHI > 2.5, n = 29), and those with normal chest conformation (MHI ≤ 2.5, n = 21) were then separately analyzed. Pregnant women with MHI above 2.5, but not those with MHI 2.5 or less, showed a progressive but reversible decrease in all myocardial strain parameters (all P < 0.001). MHI was strongly correlated with LV global longitudinal strain (r = -0.87) and LV global circumferential strain (r = -0.83) in the third trimester of pregnancy. CONCLUSION: Myocardial strain impairment during healthy pregnancy may not reflect intrinsic myocardial dysfunction but rather intraventricular dyssynchrony related to a narrow antero-posterior chest diameter and rise in the diaphragm, with consequent extrinsic myocardial compression.

RESUMO

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is the most common cause of congenital infection, with a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations and different grade of severity. We report the case of a male baby born at term with an early prenatal diagnosis of severe intracranial hemorrhage (ICH), with no other evident risk factors. Urine and blood sample were tested for CMV-DNA, and diagnosis of congenital CMV infection was established. This case describes intracranial hemorrhage as uncommon although possible sign of early fetal CMV infection. Considering that pathogenic factors cannot be defined in 25 % of term neonates with ICH, this case report highlights the importance of CMV screening in pregnant women and in term infants with prenatal ICH of unknown origin.
